Because of the high volume of mail prepared here, we have an on-site United States Post Office unit to declare and process our mail. We also have an actual UPS manifest station in our plant with daily pick-up service. 
These are privileges that only a select few mailers have, so we utilize them to their fullest to meet your mailing objectives with maximum efficiency and minimum costs.

- Tabbing/wafer sealing/live stamp affixing in-line
- Traditional Cheshire and pressure sensitive labeling equipment (all fully automated)
- Continuous Feed Folding/Perforating/Scoring equipment
- Fully automated Polybagging equipment (using USPS automation approved poly)
- Camera-based inserting equipment (with read and inkjet print capabilities which allows us to fully automate the inserting process of matching multiple inserts with the actual mailing envelope– all done in-line).
Use Our Mailing Permit
To make things as easy and cost effective as possible, our customers are invited to use any of PJ Green’s mailing permits and indicias free of charge for any first class or standard class mailing (including non-profit) that we process. This allows you to get all the benefits and rate reductions of having your own “advanced deposit postal account” without having to bother with the cost or application process associated with setting one up.
