How do I design my mailer to ensure that it qualifies for the service class I need?

How does an individual get removed from mailing lists?

Those who register for the Direct Marketers Association’s Mail Preference Service (MPS) will be removed from most national advertising mailing lists. To sign up for this service using the online form or for informaiton to register by mail, please click here to visit the Direct Marketing Associations site.

Please note that it may take up to six months before you see a signifigant slow-down in the amount of unwanted mail you receive.

What happens to my leftover mailing pieces if I’m not mailing all that I’ve printed?

Once we have completed your mailing, any remaining pieces can be shipped back to you, placed back into PJ Green computerized inventory for future use, or they can be recycled.

How does PJ Green verify a mailing?

PJ Green does provide, as standard procedure, the signed official postage statement upon completion of the mailing. This statement indicates the date of the mailing, how many pieces were mailed and what the total postage amount was.

What is an indicia and how do I get one?

An indicia is a preprinted marking (also known as a “permit imprint”) located in the upper right corner on each piece of mail that shows payment of postage has been received.
