CASS/PAVE
Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) Certification standardizes addresses by matching them to the USPS database of addresses. Addresses verified through Delivery Point Validation (DPV™) and LACSLink™ have a ZIP+4 code assigned. Presort Accuracy Validation & Evaluation (PAVE) Certification presorts the CASS list based on current mailing requirements to achieve reduced Postage rates. Presort Automation Discounts are available for records that have a verified Zip+4 code.
Printing the Barcodes
We print the required USPS Barcode in your mailing address block needed to receive the Presort discounts. But we don’t stop there; do you need a code 128, code 3of9 or even UPC code printed from your data? We can print it!
Move Update Processing
The United States Postal Service has increased their efforts to reduce undeliverable-as-addressed (UAA) mail. On Nov. 23, 2008, the most recent Move Update standards were enacted by the USPS. These standards require that mailers must use addresses on mail pieces that were updated through a certified Move Update process within the previous 95 days of the mailing date for all First-Class Mail automation or presort mailings (as well as Presort Standard Mail mailings).
PJ Green has taken the appropriate steps to be sure our clients (List Owners) are in compliance with the new USPS Move Update requirements. We, in fact, can execute the NCOA procedure internally which allows us to expedite the process and enable your mailing to be compliant with these regulations without paying for costly mail piece returns.
Merging & Source Coding Lists
Multiple data files are no problem to us. We can Source Code and Merge your lists into one file. Source Coding allows you to know your list source.
Duplicate Record Purge
Don’t mail to the same Person, Family or Address more than once. The flexibility of our program allows us to create a matching strategy based on one data field, multiple data fields, single or multiple data files and/or subset of each. Mailing to a prospect file we can suppress your customers out. Want to mail to multiple buyers we can create that file too.
Mapping
Our mapping services allow you to target your audience using not only demographic information, but geographic information, too. We are able to map out your mailing area by radius, distance or drive time from a location.
Drop Ship Analysis
PJ Green will analyze your mailing file to determine if further postal discounts can be achieved by drop shipping (trucking) your mail directly to the sectional center postal facility closest to it’s destination.
